Sparkling Tea was developed by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. He realized the many possibilities within the world of tea, when he couldn’t find a matching wine for a dessert, despite a wine cellar of more than 1,700 wines. Instead, the solution came in a homemade tea extract, which consisted of a blend of different exclusive teas. The new drink became a great success and a favorite amongst the guests of the restaurant.

哥本哈根起泡茶(Copenhagen Sparkling Tea)是由獲獎侍酒師雅各布·科辛巴(Jacob Kocemba)在丹麥哥本哈根的壹家米其林餐廳工作期間開發的。 壹次偶然的機會他需要找壹款酒配搭壹款特別的甜品,卻在有著1700多種葡萄酒的酒窖裏找不到相配的酒。 因此萌生了自創哥本哈根起泡茶(Copenhagen Sparkling Tea)的概念,它由多種高級茶提取物加上獨特的工藝制造而成。 這款嶄新的飲料獲得了巨大成功,深受人們的喜愛。

Jacob has since then – through hundreds of trials and his unique ability to combine flavors – developed exquisite flavor combinations that form the basis for the different versions of Sparkling Tea.

To live out the dream of making Sparkling Tea a new global beverage category, Jacob partnered up with Bo Sten Hansen in 2017. Bo has many years of experience in business development and has always had a great passion for gastronomy.

Together they founded Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, and on the 26th of May 2017 the first bottle of Sparkling Tea was sold in Copenhagen. Sparkling Tea has grown rapidly and is now sold in 16+ countries and served at more than 45 Michelin restaurants worldwide.

The two founders have since the beginning shared the dream of producing world’s best sparkling low/non-alcoholic beverage.

他們共同成立了哥本哈根起泡茶公司,2017526日,第壹瓶起泡茶在哥本哈根銷售。 起泡茶發展迅速,現已銷往16多個國家,並在全球超過45家米其林餐廳提供服務。
